Telehealth for perimenopause & menopause

Menopause care that starts with listening.

I'm Dr. Jane Rivera. I help women sort through symptoms, evidence, and options, then build a plan that fits your health history. We talk for a full hour, in plain English, and every decision is yours to make with full information.

How it works

Three clear steps, one unhurried doctor

Nothing complicated here. You book, we talk for a full hour, and you leave with a plan you understand.

1

Perimenopause & menopause consults

A full-hour first visit that actually covers your history. Hot flashes, sleep, mood, and everything you've been told is "just aging." It all gets discussed.

2

Hormone therapy evaluation

An honest look at whether HRT makes sense for you, including the risks and the current evidence. Real numbers, plain words, and your decision.

3

Bone, sleep & brain health

The symptoms that get dismissed elsewhere get a real workup here. Bone density, memory, and sleep aren't afterthoughts; they're the plan.

Watch before you book

Meet Dr. Rivera before your first visit

You shouldn't have to guess whether a doctor gets it. These short videos show how I think about hormone therapy, sleep, bone health, and brain fog, so you know what to expect before your first visit.

"Every treatment decision here is made between you and your doctor, based on your history and the current evidence. No one-size-fits-all protocols, and no promises a careful doctor wouldn't make."

What patients say

Real conversations, remembered

"She asked about my sleep before I'd even finished my sentence about hot flashes. First doctor in years who connected the dots."

A. M., patient (placeholder)

"I came in terrified of hormone therapy. I left with the actual numbers, my actual risk, and a decision I made myself."

R. T., patient (placeholder)

"Sixty minutes on a video call, from my own living room. My last appointment somewhere else was eight minutes in a paper gown."

Questions

Asked often, answered plainly

Do you prescribe hormone therapy?

When it's appropriate for your history, yes. We'll go through the evidence and your risk factors together, and the decision is always yours to make with full information.

Is telehealth enough for menopause care?

For most consults, yes. If something needs an in-person exam or labs, I'll say so and help you arrange it locally.

What does a first visit cost?

[Pricing placeholder]

I'm not great with computers. Can I still do a video visit?

Yes. We'll send you one link to click, and if anything goes wrong, you can call [Phone placeholder] and a real person will help you get connected.
